Mystery Dungeon Day is a yearly fan-holiday for Mystery Dungeon, but more prominently, Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series on Twitter. It began on August 2, 2019 and has continued every year since, often leading to #MysteryDungeon or #MundoMisterioso being a trending Twitter hashtag on that day.

Fans share their custom artwork, memes, collections, custom merch, and other Mystery Dungeon-related media using the hashtags #MysteryDungeonDay, #InternationalMysteryDungeonDay, and #MundoMisterioso. A number of fans also change their profile pictures to Pokémon portraits from the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon games.
