Status Conditions

Status condition Description

Aqua Ring The Pokémon keeps restoring its HP. The status wears off after a while.
Autotomize The Pokémon gets lighter. It will be stronger against moves such as Low Kick, but weaker against moves such as Heat Crash. The status wears off when the Pokémon moves to the next floor.
Badly Poisoned The Pokémon takes damage rapidly. It also can't recover HP naturally, so it's very dangerous! The status wears off when the Pokémon moves to the next floor, but it's safer to heal it with an item such as a Heal Seed.
Bide The Pokémon just takes hits for a time without attacking. The more damage it takes, the more powerful its attack will be when it strikes back.
Blinker The Pokémon can't see its surroundings at all. Its teammates and enemies simply try to move straight forward. The status wears off after a while.
Boosted The Pokémon's Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, accuracy, or evasiveness has been raised. The status wears off when the Pokémon steps on a Wonder Tile or moves to the next floor.
Bouncing The Pokémon can't be hit because it's in the air. The Pokémon will strike with Bounce on the next turn.
Bound The Pokémon can't move from the spot. It also keeps taking damage. The status wears off after a while.
Burn The Pokémon keeps taking damage. Its Attack also goes down slightly. The status wears off when the Pokémon moves to the next floor.
Charging The power of an Electric-type move goes up. But it returns to normal on the next turn.
Confused The Pokémon loses its sense of direction. It walks the wrong way, and its aim is bad, so it may attack its teammates by mistake. The status wears off after a while.
Counter The Pokémon counterattacks when it takes damage from a nearby Pokémon's physical move. The more damage it takes, the more damage its counterattack causes. The status wears off after a while.
Cringe The Pokémon can't attack or use moves. But it can use an item. The status wears off on the next turn.
Cursed The Pokémon takes massive damage rapidly. The status wears off after a while, but it's safer to heal the Pokémon with an item such as an Oran Berry to restore its HP.
Decoy The Pokémon will be targeted by enemies more than its teammates will. The status wears off after a while.
Destiny Bond The Pokémon affected by Destiny Bond takes the same damage as the Pokémon who caused it. The status wears off after a while.
Digging The Pokémon can't be hit because it's underground. The Pokémon will strike with Dig on the next turn.
Embargo The Pokémon can't use any items. The Pokémon can't eat or throw items. Its held item such as a scarf has no effect, either. The status wears off after a while.
Encore The Pokémon receives an encore and can use only the move it last used. The status wears off after a while.
Encouraged The Pokémon's moves always hit and the critical-hit rate of its moves is boosted. The status wears off after a while.
Enduring No matter how much damage it takes, the Pokémon will hang on with [value:00020001] HP. The status wears off on the next turn.
Enraged The Pokémon is so furious that its Attack goes up every time it takes damage. The status wears off after a while.
Exposed A Ghost-type Pokémon with this status condition loses its resistance to Normal- and Fighting-type attacks. The status wears off when the Pokémon moves to the next floor.
Eyedrops The Pokémon can see hidden traps. The status wears off when the Pokémon moves to the next floor.
Fire Spin The Pokémon can't move from the spot. It also keeps taking damage. The status wears off after a while.
Flying The Pokémon can't be hit because it's in the air. The Pokémon will strike with Fly on the next turn.
Focus Energy The critical-hit rate of the Pokémon's moves is boosted. The status wears off after a while.
Focus Punch The Pokémon will strike with Focus Punch on the next turn.
Frozen The Pokémon is frozen solid and can't do anything. But it won't take damage from a regular attack and almost all moves. The status wears off after a while or when it's hit by a Fire-type move.
Future Sight Future Sight attack will come on the next turn.
Gastro Acid The Pokémon's Ability has been disabled. The status wears off after a while.
Grounded The Pokémon can't fly. It takes damage from Ground-type moves and can't travel in the air. The status wears off after a while.
Grudge If the Pokémon is knocked out, it drops the PP of the move last used by the enemy to [value:00010001]. The status wears off when the Pokémon moves to the next floor.
Heal Block The Pokémon can't restore its HP, either naturally or with an item. The status wears off after a while.
Healthy The Pokémon is protected from bad status conditions and having its stats lowered.
Heart Pendant It proves that you overcame difficulties. It increases HP.
Hungry The Pokémon is on the verge of collapse from hunger. The Pokémon keeps losing its HP. Fill the Pokémon's Belly with items such as Apple.
Infatuated The Pokémon is infatuated, and it may cause moves to fail sometimes. The status wears off after a while.
Ingrain The Pokémon can't move from the spot. But it can keep regaining its HP. The status wears off after a while.
Leech Seed A Leech Seed has been planted on the Pokémon. The Pokémon's HP will be drained by the enemy who planted the Leech Seed. The status wears off after a while.
Lethargic The Pokémon can't do anything. The status wears off after a while.
Light Screen This status condition reduces damage from special moves. The status wears off after a while.
Low HP The Pokémon's HP is low. HP can be restored little by little naturally, but when HP is low, it's safer to restore it using an item such as an Oran Berry.
Lucky Chant The Pokémon avoids taking critical hits from moves and regular attacks. The status wears off after a while.
Metal Burst The Pokémon counterattacks when it takes damage from nearby Pokémon's moves. The more damage the Pokémon takes, the more damage its counterattack causes. The status wears off after a while.
Mirror Coat The Pokémon counterattacks when it takes damage from nearby Pokémon's special moves. The more damage it takes, the more damage its counterattack causes. The status wears off after a while.
Mist The Pokémon is protected from having its Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, accuracy, and evasiveness lowered. The status wears off after a while.
Mobile The Pokémon can walk on a hot floor, on the water, through walls, in the sky-- anywhere! But it loses its HP rapidly while traveling through walls. The status wears off when the Pokémon moves to the next floor.
Napping The Pokémon is asleep and can't do anything. But when it wakes up, it will fully regain HP and recover from all bad status conditions.
Nightmare The Pokémon is asleep and can't do anything. It also takes damage when it wakes up. The status wears off after a while.
Paralysis The Pokémon can't attack or use moves. Its Travel Speed also goes down. The status wears off after a while.
Perish Song The Pokémon who gets this status condition will faint [value:00040001] turns later. Heal the Pokémon with a Heal Seed or Refresh as soon as possible.
Petrified The Pokémon is petrified and can't do anything. But the status wears off if something is done to the Pokémon by an attack or an item.
Pierce An item that the Pokémon throws will fly straight, passing through everything until it disappears. The item affects all Pokémon it passes through. The status wears off when the Pokémon moves to the next floor.
Poisoned The Pokémon keeps taking damage. It also can't recover HP naturally and loses HP rapidly. So it's very dangerous! The status wears off when the Pokémon moves to the next floor.
Power Ears The Pokémon can locate all Pokémon on the floor. Their locations will be shown on the map. The status wears off when the Pokémon moves to the next floor.
Protect The Pokémon will take no damage from attacks and moves. But it may take damage from thrown items or explosions. The status wears off on the next turn.
Quick The Pokémon's Travel Speed is faster than usual. The status wears off after a while.
Quick Guard The Pokémon will take no damage from moves used by faraway Pokémon. But it may take damage from thrown items or explosions. The status wears off on the next turn.
Recoil The recoil from the move the Pokémon uses prevents it from doing anything. The status wears off after the next turn.
Reflect This status condition reduces damage from physical moves. The status wears off after a while.
Round The Pokémon is singing in a Round. If a teammate uses Round, the power goes up. The status wears off on the next turn.
Safeguard The Pokémon is protected against bad status conditions. The status wears off after a while.
Sand Tomb The Pokémon can't move from the spot. It also keeps taking damage. The status wears off after a while.
Scanning The Pokémon can locate all items on the floor. Their locations will be shown on the map. The status wears off when the Pokémon moves to the next floor.
Sealed The Pokémon can't use one of the moves it knows. The status wears off when the Pokémon moves to the next floor.
Sky Drop The Pokémon can't be hit because it's in the air. The Pokémon will strike with Sky Drop on the next turn.
Sleep The Pokémon is asleep and can't do anything. The status wears off after a while.
Sleepless The Pokémon won't get the Sleep, Napping, Yawning, or Nightmare status condition. The status wears off when the Pokémon moves to the next floor.
Slow The Pokémon's Travel Speed is slower than usual. The status wears off after a while.
SolarBeam The Pokémon will strike with Solar Beam on the next turn.
Stockpiling The Pokémon is using Stockpile to store power. The more it stores, the more powerful Spit Up and Swallow will be. The Pokémon will lose its stored power when it moves to the next floor.
Stuck The Pokémon can't move from the spot. But it can be blown away by the effects of a move or warp. The status wears off after a while.
Substitute The Pokémon can't be targeted by enemies. But the Pokémon can't use moves or items, or take stairs. The Pokémon also can't restore HP naturally. The status wears off after a while.
Sure Shot The Pokémon's moves always hit. The status wears off after a while.
Suspended The Pokémon can't be hit because it's suspended in the air. It will be attacked by Sky Drop on the next turn.
Taunted The Pokémon is taunted and can use only attack moves. (It can't use status moves, but it can use physical and special moves.) The status wears off after a while.
Telekinesis The Pokémon is levitating. The Pokémon can't move from the spot and its evasiveness goes down. But Ground-type moves have no effect on the Pokémon. The status wears off after a while.
Terrified The Pokémon is badly frightened and tries to flee from other Pokémon. It can't use items or moves. The status wears off after a while.
Trained This status condition makes moves grow faster when they're used. The status wears off when the Pokémon moves to the next floor.
Weakened The Pokémon's Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, accuracy, or evasiveness has been lowered. The status wears off when the Pokémon steps on a Wonder Tile or moves to the next floor.
Wide Guard The Pokémon will take no damage from wide-ranging moves. But it may take damage from thrown items or explosions. The status wears off on the next turn.
Yawning The Pokémon becomes drowsy. After a while, the Pokémon will be in the Sleep status condition.
