Herbs (Japanese: 草) are consumable items that induce a special effect when eaten in Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer GB2 - Magic Castle of the Desert. Though most of them have good effects, some herbs can have devastating effects.

Some herbs can also be thrown to Characters and Monsters to make them receive the effect.

Except for a few cases, eating any herb will restore 5 Fullness.
