Binds (Japanese: 封じ) are a type of ailment in 
Etrian Mystery Dungeon. They prevent the affected character or monster from using Skills or items that require the bound body part, and can have additional effects. There are four binds: Arm Bind, Leg Bind, Head Bind and Skill Bind.
