In search of Frog Fluid (Japanese: 求む、蛙の体液！) is a Quest in 
Etrian Mystery Dungeon. Completing this quest is required to unlock Seeking a Broken Horn!.
What must be done
To complete this quest you must have a Frog Fluid in your inventory and report the quest. Frog Fluid is a drop from Forest Frog when it is kill with bash attack. You have to be careful not to sell the Frog Fluid to Chano Retail with other Materials.

Niralda: The kid who requested this likes items. He's no adventurer, but he's trying to complete his Item Almanac all the same. He doesn't go into dungeons, so he gets all his items from the shops, or buying them from adventurers. He was complaining how stingy they are about parting with rare items, so he put out a quest. Well, it's up to you.
