The Burning Torc (Japanese: バーニングリング, Burning Ring) is a Specialized Item in 
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Darkness.
When in the Treasure Bag, all damage done to compatible Pokémon by Water-type moves will be converted into healing instead.
