The Counter Ruff (Japanese: けっしのマフラー) is a Specialized Item in 
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Darkness.
When in the Treasure Bag, all compatible Pokémon will reflect all of the damage they receive from physical moves back onto the attacker.
