The Luck Brooch (Japanese: ラックのブローチ) is a Specialized Item in 
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Darkness.
When in the Treasure Bag, the moves of all compatible Pokémon will sometimes not consume PP when used.
