The Meteor Torc (Japanese: メテオリング, Meteor Ring) is a Specialized Item in 
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Darkness.
When in the Treasure Bag, the moves of all compatible Pokémon will bypass Reflect and Light Screen.
