The Ocean Bow (Japanese: オーシャンリボン, Ocean Ribbon) is a Specialized Item in 
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Darkness.
When in the Treasure Bag, it will raise the HP of all compatible Pokémon by 10.
