The Poison Gem (Japanese: ポイズンジェム, Poison Gem) is a Specialized Item in Nintendo DS Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Darkness.

When in the Treasure Bag, it prevents compatible Pokémon from getting negative Status Conditions when the weather is Cloudy.
