The 'Pulse Bow' (Japanese: パルスリボン, Pulse Ribbon) is a Specialized Item in 
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Darkness.
When in the Treasure Bag, all compatible Pokémon will sometimes have PP restored to one of their moves after taking damage.
