The Screw Torc (Japanese: スクリューリング, Screw Ring) is a Specialized Item in 
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Darkness.
When in the Treasure Bag, it will raise the Movement Speed of all compatible Pokémon by 1 when the weather is Rainy.
