The Sprout Rock (Japanese: めばえのいし) is a Specialized Item in 
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Darkness.
When in the Treasure Bag, it will raise the Defense and Sp. Defense of all compatible Pokémon by 3 each.
