The Weather Cape (Japanese: おてんきスカーフ) is a Specialized Item in 
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Darkness.
When in the Treasure Bag, all compatible Pokémon will become immune to status conditions when the weather is Clear.
