The Heroic Medal (Japanese: ヒーローのメダル) is an Exclusive Item in  Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky.

When in the Treasure Bag, the Normal-type and Fighting-type moves of all compatible Pokémon will do more damage to Ghost-types.
