The Unused Test Map is a debug room set in the Otsutsuki Village general-purpose building in 
Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer 3 Portable
.
Applying the below CW cheat will enable a test menu in place of the regular main menu. The two options are Title Menu, which returns to the regular main menu, and MURA (Village) which sends Shiren to a test map filled with Characters. Each character yields different test options, such as warping to a given area, viewing certain events, or testing conversations.[1] The room was discovered, and first shared by punk_7890 on June 21, 2020.[2]
