Basic Fort (Japanese: 基本砦) is a fort in  Etrian Mystery Dungeon. It is the first fort unlocked and the only one without Geomagnetic Pole. Its Scan radius is 1 and it cost 1,500 Ental to build.

Tips For Use

Since it's the cheapest fort, it's the best fort to use as a sacrifice to stop DOE. One of them should be built on the first floor to be sure that no DOE goes to Aslarga and to lock the dungeon's layout. As it has no Geomagnetic Pole, the player can't teleport into this fort, so it cannot be used to go faster to the lowest floors.
