Hellish Despot (Japanese: 覇者の火焔) is a minion of Utopian Lord in  Etrian Mystery Dungeon.

At the start of the battle against Utopian Lord, there is a Hellish Despot next to Utopian Lord at the left of the map. More Hellish Despots can be summoned by Utopian Lord during battle with the skill Infernal Call. It is possible to quickly kill a Hellish Despot remotely by using a Fire attack to trigger its skill Induction.

Flame Bolt	火焔の魔弾	Head	Shoots a fire bullet.	Inflicts Fire damage to everyone in a straight line. It also inflicts damage to monsters including the boss (inflicts 50-70 damage to the boss). This can trigger the Induction skill of other Hellish Despot.
Induction	誘爆	Head	Explodes and dies when attacked by a flame elemental attack.	Triggered when the Hellish Despot takes Fire damage. Inflicts 50% of the remaining HP of the party members in an area of 1 tile around it. Destroys also the traps in the explosion area, and inflicts 1 HP of Fire damage to monsters in the area. This can trigger the Induction skill of other Hellish Despot.
