Targe (Japanese: タージェ) is a Shield in 
Etrian Mystery Dungeon. It has 3 Defense and can be Forged twice to add additional effects.
Locations
Targe can be bought at Chano Retail for 110 Ental after selling 1 Fiery Rind and 1 Teak Wood.
Targe can be found in Emerald Copse, Ravine Fork and Emerald Copse (extended).
Targe is given to Landsknechts and Wanderers as default equipment in Search Forts and Attack Forts.
Forging
Up to 2 additional effects can be added by Forging. Forging requires to having sold 1 Iridescent Ore, 1 Forest Aloe and 1 Sturdy Timber, each time.
Melding
When another Shield is Melded with Targe, the cost is 300 Ental for each enchantment added.
