Guard Scroll (Japanese: 聖なる守護の巻物) is a Scroll in Etrian Mystery Dungeon that increases a shield's enchantment by 1 and has a low chance of increasing it by 3. A cursed shield will also be uncursed.

Guard Scroll can be found in Ravine Fork, Animal Trail, Snowy Cavern, Mountain Cleft, Glacial Cave, Burning Cave, Equinox Garden, Mysterious Forest, Mysterious Labyrinth (extended), Emerald Copse (extended), Pristine Stream (extended), Haunted Woods (extended), Crystalline Peak (extended) and Torrential Ravine (extended).
2 Guard Scrolls are given as a reward of the quests Anyone have a clumsy sister? and Whose sister was that?.
Tips For Use
Guard Scroll is used to improve equipment. With Melding, it's possible to add enchantments to a shield and transfer them to a better shield later. That's why it's possible to start enchanting weapons once you've got some Guard Scrolls rather than waiting until you've got the best shield available.
