Explorers TD:List of Officially Distributed Wonder Mail Passwords
Wonder Mail Passwords were originally available via the now defunct Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, and most could be shared via Wonder Mail codes after downloading them. The jobs with Wonder Mail codes are universal and therefore can be used in any game regardless of language.

A mission to obtain it was released as a Nintendo Wi-Fi download and once downloaded, can only be shared via local wireless. On January 18, 2008, Celebi was made available in Japan until 24:00 on Thursday, February 14, 2008.[1]
