Magic Castle DS:Scroll
Scrolls (Japanese: 巻物) are consumable items that release a magic effect when read in 
Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer DS2 - Magic Castle of the Desert. Some of them release the effect immediately, while others require the player to select an item from their inventory. Most scrolls have beneficial effects, though there are also scrolls with devastating effects.
Blessed scrolls can be read infinitely, but there is a chance to consume the blessing each time it's read.
Blank Scrolls
Blank Scrolls are a type of scroll that can be written with the name of a previously read scroll. When written, it will have the effect of the scroll that was written.
The game maintains a name log for Blank Scrolls. If a name is written on a Blank Scroll, it will be registered in that log. From then on, players select the desired name when writing another Blank Scroll.
