All Gummis

Gummis (Japanese: グミ, Gummi) are a type of edible Food in / Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red and Blue Rescue Team. When consumed they will partially restore the Pokémon's Fullness and raise their IQ stat depending on its affinity to it. Gummis that match the Types will offer the greatest benefit. They can be found in Dungeons or sold in Kecleon Shops.

Gummis replaced the 'Friendship' mechanic from the main-series Pokémon titles so Pokémon such as Togepi require an increased IQ to Evolve. Players are therefore be required to feed them gummis or recruit them through Wish Cave.

Stats

The amount of fullness restored and IQ gained is dependent on the type of gummi and that of the consumer.

If a Pokémon has two types, the amount of belly restored will stack, which means a Butterfree will restore 90 units when it eats a Sky Gummi. (+60 from the type match with Flying-type, and +30 from the Flying type being very effective against Bug-type Pokémon)
