The Bulk Up TM (Japanese: ビルドアップ, Build Up TM) (known simply as Bulk Up in-game) is a TM in Nintendo DS Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Darkness.

It can be used to teach compatible Pokémon the Move Bulk Up.
