Teaches the move Substitute, but won't if the Pokémon knows the move.
Move afflicts the targeted enemy with the Decoy status condition. A Pokémon with the Decoy status is likely to draw the attention of foes and be attacked by its allies.

The Substitute TM (Japanese: みがわり) (known simply as Substitute in-game) is a TM in Nintendo DS Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Darkness.

It can be used to teach compatible Pokémon the Move Substitute.
