Paralyzed (Japanese: かなしばり) is a Status Abnormality in 
Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer DS2 - Magic Castle of the Desert.
Effect on Shiren
Shiren will stop moving and will be unable to do anything for 20 turns or until a Monster attacks him in any way.
How to get affected
There are a few ways to get this status condition:
- Get hit by a magic bolt from a Skull Wizard or a Skull Wraith with Postponed or Paralyzed effects, respectively
- Get hit by a reflected magic bolt from a Paralysis or a Postpone.
How to cure
It is impossible to cure this status condition because it prevents Shiren from performing any action. The only way to eliminate it is to wait for the effect to wear off.
