Blind (Japanese: 目つぶし) is a Status Abnormality in 
Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer DS2 - Magic Castle of the Desert.
Effect on Shiren
Shiren will be unable to see anything, including the floor's Map, Monsters, Characters or Items. It isn't possible to read Scrolls either. When entering a new room while in this state, only one tile of it will be added to the map.
How to get affected
There are a few ways to get this status condition:
- King Squid monsters can blind Shiren with their special ability
- Get hit by a magic bolt from Skull Demon with a blinding effect
How to cure
To cure blindness, it is possible to:
- Eat a Restorative Herb.
- Eat an Herb of Sight.
- Transform into a monster by eating its specific Monster Meat.
Wearing an Armband of Sight will prevent blindness.
