2024; Year in review:
2024 is the thirtyfirst year since the beginning of the Mystery Dungeon franchise. The majority of news stories are focused on the release of Nintendo Switch/Steam Shiren the Wanderer: The Mystery Dungeon of Serpentcoil Island, which was previously announced in 2023, and the following post-launch support, including free content updates, paid DLC, the eventual Steam release of the game, game events through the game's Parallel Play feature, in-person events such as the 2024 Shiren the Wanderer Exhibition(UT) - This is an unofficial translation., and several live streams and interviews with additional information about the game and its development.
