Wooper (Japanese: ウパー, Upah) is a dual Water-type/Ground-type Pokémon in / Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red and Blue Rescue Team.

It can evolve into Quagsire starting at level 20, and does not evolve from any other Pokémon.
