Ration Shield (Japanese: ハラモチの盾), later known as Diet Shield ^{Level 1} or Shield of Sating, is a Shield in the Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer series. Ration Shields debuted in Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer GB2 - Magic Castle of the Desert in 2001. It's similar in function to the Hide Shield that debuted in Shiren 1 SFC. Shiren 5 introduced 7 improved versions, with level 1 being the Diet Shield.

The Ration Shield reduces the rate at which the wielder loses Fullness.
