The Happiness Herb (Japanese: しあわせ草) is a Herb in 
Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer. Consuming it will make Shiren's Level increase by 1. Experience gained at that level will be set to 0. Throwing a Happiness Herb at a Monster to instantly level it up by 1. Level 4 monsters will not be affected.
When thrown at Characters or Party Members, there is no effect or damage taken.
Tips For Use
- As current Experience Points gained during the current level are wiped when eating this herb, use it after gaining a level to not lose any XP.

This herb is also obtained by the Riceball Resentment random event. See Starving Old Man.
On rare occasions, wjen you're about to eat your last Riceball within Table Mountain floors 1 - 16, a Starving Old Man will appear and ask for it. If you accept, he'll reward you with a Happiness Herb.
