The Stormward (Japanese: ラセン風魔の盾) is a shield in 
Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer. It lacks a shield Rune. The only way to obtain a Stormward is to bring a maxed out Windshield to a Blacksmith and have him upgrade it. All seals on the Windshield will be lost.
Tips For Use
The Stormward is the most powerful shield in the game and if you're going to make a rescue shield or just want to make an overpowered shield, this is the shield to do it with.
