The Hide X (Japanese: 皮甲の盾改) is a Shield introduced in the Nintendo DS port of Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer. It bears the (H) (Hide) Rune which means it won't rust and it also makes you less hungry. Combining this with other shields won't give them rust resistance. It is a rescue reward exclusive item and has an increased upgrading potential over the normal Hide Shield.
