The Rest TM (Japanese: ねむる) (known simply as Rest in-game) is a TM in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky.
It can be used to teach compatible Pokémon the Move Rest.

Enseigne la capacité Repos, sauf si le Pokémon la connaît déjà. Le lanceur obtient le statut Sieste. A son réveil, le Pokémon récupère des PV et est guéri de tous ses problèmes de statut. |
